Offers are valid for a limited time period.

Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated. (Up to 40% only)
Advance booking is required to avail of most offers.

A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID Card) must be presented by the primary guest at the time of entry.
The name on the booking must match the name on the ID proof.
Cinepod reserves the right to deny entry without valid ID proof.
Entry is not allowed for couples below 18 years of age; individuals under 18 can enter only in groups.

Weekday Movie Delight:
Discounts apply only to bookings made for movies scheduled from Monday to Thursday (subject to availability).
Family Movie Night:
Enjoy one free popcorn refill per person during family movie nights.
First-Time Visitors:
Offers are applicable only to customers booking for the first time and are non-transferable.
Birthday Special:
A valid proof of date of birth is required to avail this offer. Decorations are subject to availability.
Membership Discount:
Membership benefits are valid as long as the membership remains active.

Property Damage:
Any damage caused to Cinepod property, including but not limited to furniture, screen, or equipment during the booking, will result in additional charges.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for the actions of their group members, including minors.
Compensation Rights:
Cinepod reserves the right to seek compensation for intentional or accidental damage.
Theater Damage:
Any damage caused to the theater, including decorative materials like lights, must be reimbursed.
Cleanliness Maintenance:
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the theater. A cleaning fee of up to ₹500 will be charged in cases where significant cleaning is required after checkout.
Prohibited Items:
The use of snow spray, cold fire, sparkle candles, and any similar items is strictly prohibited inside the theater.

Sexual Conduct:
Any inappropriate or sexual behavior within Cinepod premises is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be asked to leave without a refund and may face legal action if necessary.
Violence:
Any form of physical or verbal violence, harassment, or abusive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal consequences.
Sobriety Policy:
Intoxicated individuals are not allowed inside the theater.
Substance Abuse:
The use of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances within the theater is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the screening will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Requests:
Refund requests can only be processed within 7 days of the cancellation, and only if the cancellation is made in accordance with our policy.
Technical Issues:
In case of technical issues on Cinepod’s end that prevent the screening, guests will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled screening, based on availability.
Transfer of Booking:
Bookings can be transferred to another person or date, but this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled screening.

Modification of Offers:
Cinepod reserves the right to modify or discontinue offers without prior notice.
Management Decisions:
Management decisions will be final in case of any disputes.
Rules and Regulations:
Guests are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the premises at all times.
Prohibited Items:
Alcohol, drugs, and other controlled substances are not allowed. Spice powders are also prohibited.
Outside Food:
Outside food is not allowed, except for personal water bottles. You are welcome to order and enjoy food from your favorite restaurant.
